Our honey is produced and bottled right here on our farm. We don't ship our girls off during the winter, and we don't take any more resources than we need. We are truly sustainable beekeepers, and our hives thrive because of it. Local honey is filled with the flavors that are found within a mile of the hives, and no two bottles are the same. The diversity of flowering trees and other plants grown on and around our farm results in complex notes of varying tastes and flavors.
Our farm's beekeeper is Kevin Moore. With over 7 years of knowledge gained from classes taken through the Ohio Beekeepers Association and vast amount of fieldwork, Kevin has learned first-hand what works and what doesn't in the challenge of sustainable beekeeping.
