Sycamore Grove Farm's story began when Kevin & Dianne Moore married in 2015. The farm grew from their shared love of farming, whose roots grow deep in both of their lineages. The 5-acre homestead they created together soon welcomed some baby chicks. As the chickens grew, so did their vision. A barn was built and filled with alpacas and even more chickens! The fields began to change too, with additional vegetables growing in the garden and eventually our famous sweet corn! The next year, the beeyard started buzzing with a couple of beehives. New hives were added as Kevin learned to catch swarms and split the hives.

Our family farm is truly a labor of love. Not only love for the satisfying work that goes into it, or the love we have for our livestock, but also the love we have for sharing the quality food and other items we create. All the hard work pays off when someone tells us how much they love our honey or how great our eggs taste. It is an honor to be able to provide home-grown goodness to our friends.

As with any story, there have been bumps in the road for sure. And like anything, Sycamore Grove Farm's story is ever-evolving. We are grateful to those who have been with us from the start of our journey, and also those who have joined us on the way. We look forward to many years of farming and many new farm friends!
